Bu s\u00fcrece CEO\u2019lar\u0131n liderlik etmesini bekleyenlerin oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 74&#8217;\u00fc buluyor.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Payda\u015f Kapitalizmi Uzun Vadede Kazand\u0131r\u0131yor<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Liderlerin, yaln\u0131zca hissedarlara de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda m\u00fc\u015fterilerine, tedarik\u00e7ilerine, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na ve topluma hizmeti, misyon edinmeleri gerekiyor. McKinsey, \u00e7o\u011fu CEO\u2019nun teoride kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti\u011fi bu fikri, sahiplenerek uygulamalar\u0131n\u0131n da iki nedenden dolay\u0131 \u015fart oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7iziyor. Bunlardan birincisi; \u015firketlerin bu konudaki taahh\u00fctleri, kamuoyu taraf\u0131ndan takip edilip \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebiliyor. S\u00f6zlerin yerine getirilmemesi, olumsuzluklara yol a\u00e7abiliyor. \u0130kincisi ise payda\u015f kapitalizmini uygulayan \u015firketlerin uzun vadede daha iyi performans g\u00f6sterdi\u011fine dair her ge\u00e7en g\u00fcn say\u0131lar\u0131 artan kan\u0131tlar bulunuyor.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">McKinsey Global Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (MGI) taraf\u0131ndan 2001 ile 2015 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen ve ABD\u2019de halka a\u00e7\u0131k 615 b\u00fcy\u00fck ve orta \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u015firketin incelendi\u011fi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da bu kan\u0131tlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.
