Bu noktada 2019 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u015f sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 beklenen seviyelerde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmese de bu durumu bir toparlanma f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmek ve ileriye bakmakta fayda var. Bu noktada neleri do\u011fru yapt\u0131k, neleri eksik veya yanl\u0131\u015f yapt\u0131k, neleri d\u00fczeltmeli ve geli\u015ftirmeliyiz sorular\u0131 cevap aranmas\u0131 gereken temel sorular. Burada pazar pay\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilen i\u015fletmeler b\u00fcy\u00fcme ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda oyuna \u00f6nde ba\u015flayacaklar ve rakiplerinden daha h\u0131zl\u0131 ilerleyeceklerdir. \u00d6ncelikli hedefin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik oldu\u011funu unutmayarak ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i olunmas\u0131 gereklidir.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme i\u00e7in perakendecilerin \u00f6n\u00fcnde iki ana yol g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcr: Maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmek ve sat\u0131\u015flar\u0131 artt\u0131rmak. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ma\u011faza kapatmak, norm kadroda indirim yapmak, genel giderleri azaltmak gibi uygulamalarla maliyet azaltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131labilirken, ma\u011fazalar\u0131 yenileyerek, etkili kampanyalar d\u00fczenleyerek sat\u0131\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131 da hedeflenebilir. Ancak perakendeci hangi yolu se\u00e7erse se\u00e7sin, m\u00fc\u015fterisine sahip \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermelidir. Belirsizlik perakendeciler i\u00e7in m\u00fc\u015fterilerine, onlar\u0131n her zaman yan\u0131nda olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ispat etmeleri i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir f\u0131rsatt\u0131r. Esas zor zamanlar\u0131nda m\u00fc\u015fterilerinin yan\u0131nda olabilenler bunun \u00f6d\u00fcl\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6receklerdir. Bu ba\u011flamda perakendecilerin bu y\u0131l kendilerinden vazge\u00e7meyen m\u00fc\u015fterilerine \u00f6zel te\u015fekk\u00fcr etmeleri gerekir. Bunun i\u00e7in ise m\u00fc\u015fteriyi iyi tan\u0131mak ve tan\u0131mlamak, m\u00fc\u015fteri sat\u0131\u015f verisini iyi yorumlamak, ki\u015fiselle\u015ftirilen \u00f6neriler sunmak, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirmek ve \u201ciyi ki vars\u0131n\u201d duygusunu m\u00fc\u015fteriye ya\u015fatmak \u00f6nemli olacakt\u0131r.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu ge\u00e7i\u015f d\u00f6nemini y\u00f6netirken de iki konuyu vurgulamam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Benzer bi\u00e7imde \u00f6zellikle AVM yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve y\u00f6netimleri ile perakendeciler aras\u0131ndaki i\u015fbirli\u011finin artmas\u0131 da mutlak bir gereklilik. Benzer bir i\u015fbirli\u011fi ihtiyac\u0131 bankalar ve perakendeciler aras\u0131nda ortak y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen kredi kart\u0131 kampanyalar\u0131na y\u00f6nelik de olacakt\u0131r. Mahalle bakkal\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7\u0131ra\u011f\u0131yla evlere servis yapmas\u0131 veya apartman g\u00f6revlisinin her daireden gelen sipari\u015fleri toplay\u0131p, al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fi tamamlay\u0131p ilgili dairelere \u00fcr\u00fcnleri da\u011f\u0131tmas\u0131 modelini hat\u0131rlars\u0131n\u0131z. \u015eimdi perakende zincirleri esasen bu modeli kurumsalla\u015ft\u0131rmak istiyorlar. Perakendeciler farkl\u0131 teslimat opsiyonlar\u0131n\u0131 test ederek, t\u00fcketicilerin neyi tercih etti\u011fini anlamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz rekabetinde \u00e7e\u015fitli al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f\u00e7i tercihlerine cevap verecek \u00e7e\u015fitlilikte hizmet ve teslimat se\u00e7enekleri sunmak \u00f6nem kazan\u0131yor.6 Bir yanda otonom ara\u00e7larla, dronelarla teslimat y\u00f6ntemleri test edilirken, bir yandan da market \u00f6n\u00fcnde veya i\u00e7inde teslim etmek, evin i\u00e7ine veya arac\u0131n i\u00e7ine teslim etmek gibi se\u00e7enekler deneniyor. Teslimat s\u00fcresi de rekabetin k\u0131z\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir ba\u015fka alan.
