Son zamanlarda giderek daha \u00e7ok g\u00fcndeme gelen \u201cResilience\u201d yani \u201cDayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k\u201d, hem bireyler hem de kurumlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan uzun vadeli ve s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 yakalamak i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir kavram olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Ben de \u00f6\u011frencilik y\u0131llar\u0131mdan bu yana Alain De Botton\u2019u takip ediyordum. \u00dcniversitedeyken kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 okumu\u015ftum ve felsefeye yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 beni \u00e7ok etkilemi\u015fti. Ben de felsefe okuyordum, fakat benim okudu\u011fum haliyle felsefe \u00e7ok daha teorik ve hayattan kopuk bir bilimdi. G\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131n meselelerine de\u011fmiyordu. Alain De Botton\u2019un yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ise Antik Yunan\u2019daki gibi hayat\u0131n meselelerine daha fazla y\u00f6neliyor ve onlar\u0131 sorguluyordu. \u201cMutluluk nedir?\u201d, \u201cA\u015fk nedir?\u201d, \u201cBen nedir?\u201d sorular\u0131n\u0131 soruyor ve bu sorular \u00fczerinden yap\u0131lan tart\u0131\u015fmalardan \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n da g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayata uygulanabilir oldu\u011funu i\u015faret ediyordu. Bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 beni \u00e7ok etkiledi. Alain De Botton\u2019un T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye gelmesiyle birlikte, ilk g\u00fcnden beri bu olu\u015fumun bir par\u00e7as\u0131 oldum. Bu d\u00f6nem de \u201cKendimizi Nas\u0131l Tan\u0131r\u0131z\u201d ve \u201c\u0130\u015f Ortam\u0131nda Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve Esneklik\u201d at\u00f6lyelerini veriyorum.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve esnekli\u011fi nas\u0131l tan\u0131ml\u0131yorsunuz? At\u00f6lyede neler yap\u0131l\u0131yor?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Resilience asl\u0131nda uzun zamand\u0131r d\u00fcnyada tart\u0131\u015f\u0131lan, konu\u015fulan bir kavram. Bunun \u00fczerine ben de \u00e7ok okuma yapt\u0131m \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc benim i\u00e7in yeni bir alan. Asl\u0131nda hepimizin bir yerinden bildi\u011fi ama bir \u015fekilde anlamland\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ya da ifade etmedi\u011fi bir durum\u2026 T\u00fcrk\u00e7eye \u00e7evirisi biraz zor; Latince \u201cresilire\u201d fiilinden t\u00fcremi\u015f olan resilience, \u201cto jump back\u201d yani \u201csekmek\u201d gibi bir anlama geliyor. Bir objenin yere att\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda \u00e7arparak sekmesi, asl\u0131nda size do\u011fru tekrar bir hamle yapabilmesi\u2026<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bunu insana uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda nas\u0131l oluyor diye sorarsak, hayattaki zorluklar\u0131, travmalar\u0131 bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fme f\u0131rsat\u0131 g\u00f6rebilmeyi ba\u015farmak olarak ifade edebilirim. Ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z zor durumlara, kay\u0131plara kar\u015f\u0131 o durumun i\u00e7inde esneyebilmeniz ve \u015fartlara adapte olarak o durumdan b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek, g\u00fc\u00e7lenerek \u00e7\u0131kman\u0131z&#8230;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu kavram ya da bunun etraf\u0131nda ilk tart\u0131\u015fma Viktor Frankl ile ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Frankl\u2019\u0131n \u201c\u0130nsan\u0131n Anlam Aray\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d diye bir kitab\u0131 var. Kitapta toplama kamplar\u0131nda ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131yor. Baz\u0131 bireyler tamamen hayata k\u00fcserken, baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n o ortamdan bile g\u00fc\u00e7lenerek \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 aktar\u0131yor ve Frankl nas\u0131l oluyor da b\u00f6yle bir \u015feyin bile bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme deneyimi olarak ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. S\u0131f\u0131r noktas\u0131na gelip, de\u011fer verdi\u011fin ve sevdi\u011fin her \u015feyden uzak kal\u0131p, b\u00f6yle bir yerde, her g\u00fcn \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc beklerken bunu bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmeyi, buradan b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmay\u0131 inceleyerek, \u201clogoterapi\u201d yani \u201canlam terapisi\u201dni ba\u015flat\u0131yor. Hayat\u0131n anlam\u0131n\u0131 bulmak ve asl\u0131nda bunu farkl\u0131 \u015fartlarda esneyerek ve b\u00fct\u00fcn yenilgileri, travmalar\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fen \u015fartlar\u0131, bir b\u00fcy\u00fcme f\u0131rsat\u0131 olarak g\u00f6rmek olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. \u00d6zetle, bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftiriyorsunuz ve oradan bir anlam yaratmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorsunuz. School Of Life\u2019taki \u201cresilience at\u00f6lyesi\u201d de en ba\u015f\u0131nda \u015funu soruyor: \u201cBu do\u011fu\u015ftan m\u0131 gelir, yoksa geli\u015ftirilecek bir \u015fey midir?\u201d Asl\u0131nda baz\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n do\u011fu\u015ftan hayata biraz b\u00f6yle bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bununla ilgili en g\u00fczel metafor ise bence istiridye metaforu. Derslerime de bu \u00f6rne\u011fi vererek ba\u015fl\u0131yorum. \u0130stiridye, ancak onu d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan rahats\u0131z eden bir \u015fey oldu\u011funda inciyi olu\u015fturuyor. Yani onu rahats\u0131z etmedi\u011finiz zaman i\u00e7inden b\u00f6yle sert, parlak ve g\u00fczel bir \u015fey \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte s\u00fcrekli konfor alan\u0131nda kal\u0131nmas\u0131 da b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin ve geli\u015fmenin \u00f6n\u00fcnde engel olabiliyor. Ancak ne yaz\u0131k ki pek \u00e7ok ki\u015fi biraz zorland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kendini b\u0131rakmay\u0131 tercih ediyor ve k\u00f6t\u00fc senaryo sarmal\u0131na giriyor. \u00d6rne\u011fin g\u00fcne patronunuzdan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z negatif bir e-mail ile ba\u015flad\u0131n\u0131z diyelim. Bu e-mail ile birlikte katastrofik bir senaryo yaz\u0131yorsunuz; \u201cEyvah, mahvoldum, i\u015ften at\u0131laca\u011f\u0131m, i\u015ften at\u0131l\u0131rsam \u00e7ocu\u011fuma bakamayaca\u011f\u0131m, \u00e7ocu\u011fum okuldan at\u0131lacak\u2026\u201d<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Biz ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz at\u00f6lye ile bu t\u00fcr bir negatif spirale girmeyi asl\u0131nda durdurabilece\u011finizi s\u00f6yl\u00fcyoruz.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At\u00f6lyelere kurumsal kat\u0131l\u0131mlar\u0131 \u00f6neriyor musunuz? Kurumsal ba\u015far\u0131da nas\u0131l bir etkisi olabiliyor?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k ve esneklik, kurumsal kat\u0131l\u0131mlara son derece uygun bir at\u00f6lye\u2026 \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hepimiz hem \u00f6zel hayat\u0131m\u0131zda hem de i\u015f hayat\u0131m\u0131zda \u00e7ok fazla zorluk ve kay\u0131pla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. \u0130\u015fte b\u00f6yle durumlarda bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrebilirsek, kurum i\u00e7inde de esnek olabilmeyi, farkl\u0131 durumlara adapte olabilmeyi ba\u015farabilirsek kurum i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi sa\u011flamak \u00e7ok daha m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, birey i\u00e7in ne kadar kritik ve duygusal bir yetkinlikse kurumsal olarak da \u00f6nemli bir yetkinlik.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00fckenmi\u015flik sendromunu son zamanlarda daha fazla duyar olduk. Dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k egzersizleriyle bunun \u00fcstesinden gelinebilir mi?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">T\u00fckenmi\u015flik sendromu bir t\u00fcr depresyon ama her \u015fey de t\u00fckenmi\u015flik sendromu de\u011fil. Neden bu kadar artt\u0131\u011f\u0131na bakacak olursak g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde bizden beklentilerin \u00e7ok artm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131 sebeplerin ba\u015f\u0131na koyabiliriz. Hayat \u00e7ok h\u0131zland\u0131. Kendimden \u00f6rnek verecek olursam, sabah burada ders veriyorum, ak\u015fam ba\u015fka bir \u015fehirde konu\u015fma yapmaya gidiyorum, sonra da ba\u015fka bir \u00fclkeye seyahat ediyorum. \u0130nsan olarak \u00e7ok k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede bu h\u0131za adapte olmakta zorlan\u0131yoruz ve asl\u0131nda yapam\u0131yoruz. Kapasitemiz zorlan\u0131nca bize \u201cDur\u201d diyor ve sistem bir anda kapan\u0131yor, sizi hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yapamayacak hale getiriyor. Burada benim tavsiyem \u015fu: Bu kadar zorlamamak!<\/span><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Kendinize zaman ay\u0131r\u0131n, bo\u015f zaman\u0131n\u0131z olsun, iyi uyuyun, spor yap\u0131n \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunlar\u0131 atl\u0131yoruz. Ba\u015fka \u015feylere o kadar vakit ve enerji harc\u0131yoruz ki durup \u201cBen iyi miyim?\u201d, \u201cNereye gidiyorum?\u201d, \u201c\u0130yi hissediyor muyum?\u201d, \u201cUykusuz muyum?\u201d diye sormuyoruz. Hi\u00e7birimizin s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z kapasitesi yok ve burada san\u0131r\u0131m kritik olan \u201chay\u0131r\u201d diyebilmek.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Zor ko\u015fullarda b\u00fcy\u00fcmeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilmenin yollar\u0131 neler?<\/span><\/strong><br \/><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Freud\u2019un bu konuda yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok \u015fey var. \u00d6rne\u011fin, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z kay\u0131plarla ilgili olarak -i\u015f olabilir, a\u015fk olabilir- Freud, yas ile melankoliyi birbirinden ay\u0131r\u0131yor. Melankoli, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z olumsuzlu\u011fu b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat\u0131n\u0131za yayd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. \u00d6rne\u011fin sevgilinizden ayr\u0131ld\u0131n\u0131z ve hayat\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bitti\u011fini, art\u0131k bir daha ba\u015fkas\u0131yla olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeye ba\u015fl\u0131yorsunuz. Oysa yasta durum \u00f6yle de\u011fil. Freud\u2019a g\u00f6re de sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olan yas \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc yas\u0131n inkarla ba\u015flayan ve kabule kadar giden s\u00fcre\u00e7leri var. Herhangi bir a\u00e7\u0131dan kay\u0131p ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131zda da b\u00f6yle bakabilmelisiniz.
